Project Highlights

Design tailored to the company's unique office culture

“To us, this is much more than a building. It’s a statement that represents the best
of who we are, where we’ve been and where we’re going,” says Gretchen Gilbertson, CEO and co-founder.

The company, which began in the founders’ garage, has enjoyed double-digit year-over-year growth. Major renovations at its Green Bay facility include a 100% footprint expansion and interior updates.

Open workstations, touchdown rooms, and a design lab promote collaboration and innovation. The building’s structure and air ducts are left partially exposed for an industrial look. Ceiling clouds are located away from large, south-facing windows to maximize daylight and soften the acoustics.
In the breakroom, a glass garage door (a nod to the company’s roots of starting in a garage) adds to the industrial atmosphere while opening to the manufacturing area to accommodate all-company meetings.

"The cool thing about this facility is that it's so tailored to who these folks are and what their culture is. They're passionate about their field, and that's fun to capture." - Jim Hinze, architect
