In under one year, the space was transformed into a connected, yet independent space from Secura’s main campus. Through the reimagined entrance-way with seating for visitors and an interior entrance to the office space, employees are greeted with warmth and comfort. That warm tone is carried throughout the space with the use of soft, natural hues and woodgrains.
The one-story facility includes 140 open office workstations, 20 private offices, 3 conference rooms, and multiple areas for collaboration between employees. A freshly furnished break room has both private, café-style tables and larger, raised tables for up to eight to share ideas or just enjoy each other’s company.
A bright blue wall anchors the adjoining kitchenette for a cool contrast in color and energy. The tables and chairs are easily moved to create a larger meeting space or presentation area.
Soft lighting, frosted glass doors, and cleverly placed windows allow for warm and open, yet private spaces. Outside, a private patio provides room for employees to enjoy fresh air in spring, summe,r and fall. The overall design allows employees the space and comfort to work confidently and collectively. It creates spots to work quietly and places to talk openly.
