The building’s façade and inviting entry canopy - comprised of quarried stone and metal paneling - greet visitors upon arrival. A neutral color palette creates a calming atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff, while floor-to-ceiling glazing provides uninterrupted views from the two-story atrium space.
Nearly a dozen specialty services call this building home, including pediatrics, family medicine, ENT, and women’s care. Because of the multitude of services offered, “Care Coordination Centers” were added to promote the development of inter-departmental
collaboration and relationship fostering - emphasizing the organization's dedication to providing the best possible patient-focused care.
Another key design element is the building’s potential for future expansion and growth. Patient-centered care is constantly evolving. The new MOB allows Prevea Health to implement new and helpful measures when they become necessary, extending the life and versality of the facility in the process. Along with its adaptable building design, the building features furnishings and finishes that were intentionally selected to fully embody the Prevea motto, “Your health, your happiness. Let’s get after it.”
