Berners-Schober Strengthens Leadership With Three New Associates

Berners-Schober Associates, Inc., is pleased to announce the naming of three new Associates: Jim Hinze, Nic Kaufmann and Dan Heling. Associates at Berners-Schober are promoted for their exceptional leadership, high professional standards and innovative problem solving approaches that will strengthen and enhance Berners-Schober’s future.

Jim Hinze, AIA – Since joining Berners-Schober in 2016, Jim has become an instrumental part of the education/commercial studio. Previously, Jim served as an architect for a firm in the Milwaukee area where he worked in education, corporate and religious markets. Jim’s construction experience also includes prior work history as a carpenter and project manager.

Nic Kaufmann – Nic has 12 years of experience in design and construction. He is the lead Architectural Production Team Facilitator in Berners-Schober’s healthcare studio, and an alumnus of University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Technical Leadership program. Nic leads healthcare projects throughout Wisconsin & Illinois.

Dan Heling – Dan has 16 years of experience as Berners-Schober’s systems administrator. He is responsible for management and technical support for the company’s IT infrastructure, phone systems, and application support for field agents and office staff. Dan has an educational background in architectural technology, allowing him to address both the end-user and server IT issues.
