Design Team Welcomes Architect

We are pleased to welcome Jim Hinze to Berners-Schober as our newest member of the architectural studio.

Before arriving at Berners-Schober, Jim served as an architect for a firm in the Greater Milwaukee Area where he led design projects in primarily education, corporate and religious markets. Jim started his academic pursuits at UW-Green Bay, earning a bachelor degree in Urban and Regional Studies, with an emphasis in Environmental Design. He then moved on to the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where he earned his Masters of Architecture degree in 2010. Work experiences as a carpenter and project manager add to Jim’s skill set and understanding of the construction industry.

Outside of the office, Jim is a bit of a mountain biking enthusiast. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family, such as hiking, camping and, of course, mountain biking (he has his very own selfie to prove it). His passion for this sport has led to the founding of the Ozaukee County Mountain Bikers (OCMB), an organization that strives to make mountain biking more accessible to the community in a fun, safe, and sustainable manner. We expect Jim will soon be making his presence known in the Green Bay biking community as well.

We would like you all to join us in welcoming Jim to Berners-Schober!
