Meet Our Summer Interns
Berners-Schober is happy to introduce our summer interns Emily, Michelle, and Kevin. We are glad to provide an enriching experience for our student interns. Over the next couple months, they will be challenged and involved in an array of undertakings, from developing renderings to attending design meetings. It is our intent that the internship supplements the student’s education with real world opportunities that further stimulates their interest in architecture.
Please take a moment to get to know our interns below:
Emily LaLuzerne is our homegrown architectural design intern. She’s a third year architecture student at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. After receiving her undergrad diploma 2018, she plans to continue on to grad school for her Masters in Architecture. Outside of the classroom and studio you may find Emily on the archery range or practicing piano.
Glad you’re here, Emily!
Michelle Laun is our architectural design intern, hailing from Wausaukee, WI. She already has a Bachelor’s of Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and only has a year left at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College before she receives her Associates in Architectural Technology. She has an interest in the tiny house movement and hopes to design her own after graduation.
Welcome to BSA, Michelle!
Kevin Havlovitz is a first year architecture student at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee School of Architecture. Originally from Maribel, Wisconsin, he's enjoying his time here being a little closer to his hometown. Kevin likes to restore cars and build things in his spare time.
Great to have you, Kevin!
