Completed in 2000, this facility includes all of the amenities of modern health, fitness, and community centers. It consists of two gymnasiums, aquatic center, a walking/running track overlooking the two-story lifestyle center for weight-training and cardio machines. Other amenities include: two racquetball courts, several multi-purpose and program spaces, lounge and lobby spaces, and a combination of family, adult, and youth locker rooms.

Completed in 1997, the West Side YMCA provided one of the fastest growing communities in the county, a 67,000 SF activity center. The steel frame and precast structure creates flexible activity spaces around the core of locker facilities. A mezzanine level offers non-member public views to the activity areas without compromising controlled access to these functions. The facility is enhanced by generous areas of glass to the exterior and between spaces to reinforce the open concept and fosters the image of a high energy activity center.
